Angela Knapton is the Manager of Educators Insurance Agency, an independent agency owned by The Hanover Insurance Group. With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Angela has built a career around operational expertise and a commitment to agent and customer advocacy. She has a passion for driving agency innovation. Before leading Educators Insurance Agency, Angela served as a Senior Personal Lines Underwriter at The Hanover. Her experience across both underwriting and agency leadership gives her a unique perspective on the evolving needs of carriers, agents, and policyholders. Angela serves on the Advisory Board for NetVU and co-facilitates the national Small Agency Roundtable, helping agencies navigate technology, digital workflows, and operational change. She also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Music Worcester, Inc. and sings with the Worcester Chorus. At the Digital Insurance Summit 2026, Angela will lead the roundtable discussion “Creating Connected Culture in an Era of Remote/Hybrid Work.”
