Cindy Szabo has a passion for improving customer experiences in the financial services industry. She currently serves as a Digital Experience leader for New York Life Insurance Company. In this capacity, Cindy is responsible as the Product Manager over all self-service experiences including mobile, web, and interactive voice response while overseeing a team of Product Owners who share a single core purpose—to provide digital capabilities for the customers of New York Life. Cindy is also responsible for co-leading a Veteran Employee Resource Group for NYL while also providing leadership through various mentoring programs.
Cindy has over 20 years of experience in financial services and is dedicated to finding creative solutions to provide the best customer experience based on the evolving demands of the industry and it’s customers.
Cindy’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
