Deepti Kalra is the Vice President and Head of Insurance Analytics Solutions for EXL Service, a global professional consulting firm focusing on advanced analytics and digital transformation to make sense of data and drive clients' business forward. She has over 12 years of experience in building analytics teams and developing innovative solutions that integrate strategic corporate vision with data and technology. Her passion for solving industry and social problems by pushing the envelope on data and AI has led to her recognition as a 'Notable Leader in Accounting and Consulting' by Crain's New York Business in 2022, ‘One of the finalists for Women leader in the AI research 2021’ by VentureBeat for fueling the next wave of transformative AI at scale. At EXL, Deepti has partnered with Insurance carriers in leading large scale AI based transformation programs and setting up Data Science Centre of Excellence.
