Francoise Gelbard is the SVP and Global Head of Enterprise Sales for HumanableCX. She leads our business development and customer success strategy globally, and has extensive experience in managing CX engagements for Tier 1 Enterprise accounts. She has over 20 years experience in consulting, business development, market intelligence and research in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors. She holds a B. Statistics & Research Methodology from the University of NSW, as well as an SIA Graduate Diploma in Investment, from the Securities Institute Australia. She is a member of the CXPA and on the committee of The Data Governance Alliance.
