If Kenbra's career could be summarized in one statement, it would be, "Helping humans help humans through empathy & technology." Leveraging her deep background in facilitation, human-centered design, and design thinking, she seeks to do more than strengthen digital experiences - she seeks to strengthen people. Her firm belief is that most companies have not truly tapped into the potential of the talent they already have, and her goal is to help them change that by mobilizing cross-functional teams to solve wicked problems together that they couldn’t solve on their own.
