Marina is an experienced C-Suite advisor-combining her strong financial services Fortune 500/Big 4 background with executive coaching expertise, she guides companies and executives as they redefine their processes as well as build a culture of agility and innovation to successfully face disruption in the market. Currently, Marina is the VP of Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Swiss Re. Marina is a trusted board member and advisor, focusing on revolutionizing the boardroom to complement digital transformation in the market. She is currently on the board of: Rutgers University (Leading Disruptive Innovation Executive Education Program), Internet of Insurance, Governance Matters (building high-performing boards in NY). 

Marina studied digital transformation at Haas School of Business, Berkeley, University of California as well as Questrom School of Business, Boston University. She is an ICF certified executive coach and a Forbes Coaches Council member. She is the founder of TEDxBethuneStreet in NYC.
