Max Malaret is the Vice President of Claims for the Independent Agency Auto Group at Plymouth Rock Assurance. In this role, he oversees the Physical Damage Claims Handling team, which includes Total Loss, Salvage, Virtual Estimating, and Field Appraisal. Additionally, he oversees the Subrogation team.

Max joined Plymouth Rock in September 2023, bringing more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. His career includes more than a decade in a variety of claims-focused roles, specializing in Claims Strategy, Planning, Analytics, and Process.
