Melanie a Managing Director in KPMG’s Customer & Operations Finance Services (COFS) team, where she leads the Customer Experience practice across Insurance, Banking, and Wealth Management. She partners with clients to deliver customer-centric digital transformations across the customer lifecycle from strategy and experience design through implementation and change adoption. Put another way: Melanie helps organizations figure out how to create great interactions for their customers, agents, and clients and bring them to life. With over 15 years of experience, Melanie has worked in both consulting and industry roles. When she's not advising clients, you’ll find her watching NJ Devils hockey and international rugby, wandering the woods at the Jersey shore, and brainstorming ways to keep her children entertained.
