Michael Kirkpatrick owns Centric Park, a human-centered design firm providing customer experience design and strategy for Insurance & Financial Services clients. Michael is a designer, strategist and entrepreneur who’s had a diverse career leading experience efforts at Bain Consulting, Hasbro Toys and within student lending before leading and eventually founding a design consultancy. Michael has lead award-winning digital product design programs that drive engagement, loyalty and satisfaction for numerous F 500 companies. Michael is a father, New Englander and industry leader/speaker on how best to design digital products for humans.
