Morgan Smith is COO at Coterie Insurance where she leads claims, licensing, customer support, business controls and scaling. She has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry previously holding roles at Liberty Mutual in claims management, process improvement, underwriting and claims, and client services. Morgan holds an MBA from Argosy University Tampa and a BA in Psychology from Seton Hall University. She resides in the New York City area with her family.
