Paul Wigham, Chief Risk Officer Paul Wigham is Chief Risk Officer at Hippo Insurance, where he oversees enterprise risk operations. Paul has more than 30 years of international financial services experience across insurance, banking, and asset management. Prior to Hippo, he held senior leadership roles at Oscar Health and AIG, with additional global experience in risk and audit leadership across New York, London, Ireland, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. A qualified internal auditor and risk management assurance professional (CMIIA, CRMA), Paul specializes in building enterprise governance, risk management, and control frameworks that drive operational excellence and strong risk culture. He holds an MBA from University College Dublin.
