Ritesh Saraf is an Enterprise Technology Executive for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Companies. In his executive role, he leads Customer experience, Product and Technology strategy for P&C Claims. He led digital transformation efforts at State Farm and has been spearheading vision of claims technology by influencing State Farm’s digital, data, cloud and automation strategies to enable high quality customer experience and innovation.

Ritesh began his career in software engineering where his role evolved into management and leadership positions. Prior to joining State Farm, Ritesh worked at Staples in ecommerce including supply chain, ecommerce customer experience, mobile and in-store digital experience, strategy and engineering.

Ritesh earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering in India, MS in Computer science from the University of Denver and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
