Stephanie is a Director of Customer Service and Experience in the Financial Services Customer & Operations practice at KPMG. With 15 years of experience, she has worked with financial services clients across Banking Wealth Management, and Insurance. Stephanie helps companies grow customer engagement, products, and trust profitably in a digital era. She focuses on driving to customer outcomes like increasing digital acquisition by 2000% in 5mo., digital self-service capacity by 600% in 12mo., or increasing digital adoption by 37% in 5mo. Prior to comping to KPMG Stephanie founded a wearable tech company, and she holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Duke University.
