Susana is responsible for leading the strategic vision and execution of the US digital product portfolio. With more than two decades of global experience in business and product leadership roles, Susana relentlessly delivers transformational growth and is passionate about building high-performing teams. Her deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, combined with a passion for AI and a strong command of data analytics, fuels her development of innovative, user-centric digital products and their translation into exceptional experiences.
Prior to joining Simply Business in 2023, Susana held roles as SVP of Corporate Strategy and Digital Transformation at State Street Bank and Santander Bank where she leveraged data insights to drive strategic initiatives. This experience honed her expertise in leveraging technology and data to achieve strategic goals within the financial services industry.
Her strong academic foundation includes two MS degrees in telecommunications engineering from European institutions and an M.B.A. from MIT, providing a robust analytical framework for her data-informed and AI-forward product strategy.
