As CEO, Grace Keith Rodriguez directs the strategic vision of Caliber, including the development of the firm across service offerings. She also focuses on enhancing our client and employee experience. A proven communicator, Grace has more than a decade of expertise in fintech and financial services and has extensive experience overseeing all aspects of client activity and helping craft proven and effective communications strategies.
Grace joined Caliber in 2014, and before being appointed CEO, served as Caliber's first-ever president for five years. As president, Grace led the firm's people efforts, including recruitment, and learning and development, launching the award-winning Caliber College of Public Relations (CCPR) program. Grace has also helped countless Caliber clients tackle complex PR challenges.
Prior to joining Caliber, Grace managed PR for the Financial & Risk business at Thomson Reuters, and served as PR manager at OTC Markets Group, supporting the compliance, equities, technology and fixed income businesses. Grace has been quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Financial Times and has been a frequent speaker at industry events.
She also played a critical role in Caliber's acquisition of Austin-based Leverage PR in 2017, helping ensure a smooth transition and coordinating efforts across accounts and teams in Austin and New York.
Grace has an MBA in finance, international business and marketing from NYU's prestigious Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics from Rhodes College. Grace was recognized on the NYC Fintech Women's Inspiring Fintech Females list, and has been honored with a Ragan & PR Daily's ACE Award for "Best Public Relations Professional."
