With an entrepreneurial spirit, Jeff founded Market Growth, a consultancy where he partners with B2B insurance and financial services firms to evolve their marketing and sales efforts, grow their brands, and generate leads without burdening brokers and advisors.
Jeff currently serves as the Fractional CMO with A-MAX Insurance, helping lead their digital transformation and geographic expansion. Jeff is also the Fractional CXO at Sutro Li, a leading accounting firm focused on serving nonprofit organizations.
As Head of Marketing at Woodruff Sawyer, a top 25 insurance brokerage firm, Jeff built and led the marketing and inside sales teams from the ground up. His diverse experience includes roles as an analyst at Merrill Lynch and Director of Strategic Initiatives at American Express. This background spanning marketing, finance, business operations, customer success, and product management makes him uniquely effective at driving change in financial services.
Jeff is a frequent speaker at financial services conferences and served on the Advisory Board for the Customer Experience (CX) Program at Cal State University. He earned his MBA at Cornell University and has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Delaware. Off the clock, he enjoys being a Krav Maga instructor and snowboarding with his daughter.
