Jeff Fenigstein

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Jeff founded Market Growth, a consultancy where he partners with B2B insurance and financial services firms to evolve their marketing and sales efforts, grow their brands, and generate leads without taxing brokers.

As the Head of Marketing at Woodruff Sawyer, a leading insurance brokerage firm, Jeff established and led the marketing and inside sales teams and led all marketing activities, including brand, content, demand gen, customer journey, and analytics. As an analyst at Merrill Lynch and Director of Strategic Initiatives at American Express, Jeff experienced financial services from many perspectives. His experience in such diverse functions as marketing, finance, business operations, customer success, and product management, combined with his fluid leadership style, makes him especially effective at creating change.

Jeff is a frequent speaker at financial services conferences and served on the Advisory Board for the Customer Experience (CX) Program at Cal State University. He earned his MBA at Cornell University and has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Delaware. Off the clock, he enjoys being a Krav Maga instructor and snowboarding with his daughter.
