With an entrepreneurial spirit, Jeff founded Market Growth, a consultancy where he partners with B2B insurance and financial services firms to evolve their marketing and sales efforts, grow their brands, and generate leads without burdening brokers and advisors. His Fractional CMO engagements typically come at a growth inflection point when a company needs to move fast and has to know if their marketing leader can scale with them. He steps in as the senior marketing leader, develops that person toward the CMO role, and builds the team beneath them.
Jeff currently serves as Fractional CMO with Experior Financial Group, building the marketing and brand foundation to fuel the company's ambitious 20X growth goals, and as Fractional CXO at Sutro Li, a leading accounting firm serving nonprofit organizations.
As Head of Marketing at Woodruff Sawyer, a top 25 insurance brokerage firm, Jeff built the marketing and inside sales teams from the ground up. His background spanning marketing, finance, operations, customer success, and product management, including roles at Merrill Lynch and American Express, makes him uniquely effective at driving change in financial services.
Jeff is a frequent speaker at financial services conferences and served on the Advisory Board for the Customer Experience (CX) Program at Cal State University. He holds an MBA from Cornell and a bachelor's in finance from the University of Delaware. Off the clock, he enjoys teaching Krav Maga and snowboarding with his daughter.
