Megan Bell leads marketing, communications, and customer experience at Falvey Insurance Group, bringing over eight years of insurance industry expertise and a dynamic background in consumer-packaged goods. She is the creator and host of the women in insurance podcast, InsHER, a two-time winner of the 2025 Insurance Insider US Honors. A 2025 RISE LEAD Award finalist and recipient of the 2024 ACORD Women’s Insurance Advancement Award, Megan is a recognized industry leader committed to equity, mentorship, and inclusion. She volunteers for multiple associations including ISC Group (US Ambassador), The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (Northeast Board Member), Rising Insurance Star Executives (Strategic Planning Board Member), Women In Insurance Initiative, Insurance Marketing & Communications Association, and holds a B.A. in English Communications and Spanish from Emmanuel College.
