Queena Cheung is the Chief Strategy and Digital Officer at Marsh Captive Solutions, where she leads the development and execution of innovative strategies that drive growth and enhance client value in the captive insurance sector. With a strong emphasis on data analysis and strategic planning, Queena utilizes insights derived from data to inform decision-making and optimize captive solutions. As a leader in digital transformation and risk management, she is dedicated to leveraging technology to reimagine captive solutions and improve operational efficiency. Her strategic vision was instrumental in launching ReadyCell, the first AI-powered captive product, which has set a new benchmark for innovation in the market.

Experience

Prior to joining Marsh in 2018, Queena held risk control and transformation roles in the banking industry. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business, with honors, from Rutgers University. Recently completed her Master’s degree in Information and Knowledge Strategy at Columbia University, she combines her academic insights with extensive industry experience to develop and implement comprehensive captive solutions and services. This empowers clients to adeptly navigate the complexities of the insurance landscape with confidence, ultimately driving sustainable growth and enhancing their competitive advantage.
