Shane Bray has been with Willis Towers Watson since 2007. He was originally hired as a Business Intelligence engineer at a start-up, Extend Health, which after two acquisitions is now the Benefits Delivery Administration segment of Willis Towers Watson. As one of the first employees he has had many roles including Software Developer, Client Services Manager, Marketing Director, and Product Development Sr Director. He is now the Head of Customer Experience (CXO). Before joining Extend Health / Willis Towers Watson Shane spent six years in the United States Air Force as a Combat Medic, then continued his nursing career for 12 years before taking his career in a completely different direction. His unique blend as a healthcare practitioner and a software engineer has provided him many opportunities to combine his two passions and draw from a wide range of experiences. Willis Towers Watson is a global multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company.
