Tarun Minocha is presently working as Director at Optum steering Digital engagement & Analytics practice for Optum Global solutions (subsidiary of UHG). Tarun is a Digital channel engagement & analytics enthusiast & practitioner with 15+ years of experience cutting across the length and breadth of digital channels & digital analytics value chain.

He has spent last 12 years working with organizations to chalk their digital transformation journeys to create and sustain value for stakeholders & shareholders. Tarun expertise lies in setting up digital Channel analytics practices for organizations across industries such as Healthcare, CPG, and BFSI & Lifesciences. Tarun is an avid blogger and is passionate about how Block chain, AI and ML can be integrated with Digital technologies to generate impact in healthcare & insurance industry.

Tarun is a management graduate from IIM (one of the Ivey league colleges of India) .Outside of work, Tarun is fitness freak and enjoys running & practicing Yoga.
